March 29 - 30, 2008: 127 teams competed in this girl's volleyball competition - Ages 12 through 18. The smoothies were a big hit! Every now and then, a stray volleyball would come flying through. But, the fun we had serving our gourmet smoothies and coffee to this group made it worth the risk. 
March 15 & 16, 2008: This was a very large regional Cheerleading competition held at the Expo Hall of the Florida State Fairgrounds. 136 teams competed. We served over 1,000 smoothies to these talented athletes. 
March 8 - 9, 2008: In the top picture a man is reaching up to pull an Iguana out of a cage. In the lower picture this couple are the proud new owners of an exotic snake. The Reptile show is so much fun because of the people who attend this event. They are a lively bunch!! Right next door we were serving lots of Hawaiian coffee to the attendees of the Home Show, but here at the Reptile show we were kept very busy all day making our gourmet smoothies. One of the most popular smoothies was our "Ocean Sunrise" which is a combination of mangos, oranges, kiwi lemon lime, and a fresh banana - delicious!!
March 7 - 9, 2008: The Home Show had a very calm crowd compared to the Reptile Show that was going on next door, but that didn't stop them from enjoying our fresh fruit smoothies and Hawaiian coffees. This was definitely a coffee crowd. We went through more than two cases of our fabulous Hawaiian Kona blend coffee.
February 29 - March 2, 2008: It was a big crowd at the 2008 Fishing and Boat Show at the Florida State Fairgrounds. This show transcended all ages and cultures - which shows that fishing and boating attracts most everyone. At this event, in addition to our gourmet fruit smoothies and Hawaiian coffee, we also served Tahitian Vanilla Chai, Hawaiian Mocha Frappes, and Hot Chocolate.
